Make informed decisions. Take precautions and be proactive in caring for your health and others. We are all in this together. There are specific and clear guidelines for preventing COVID 19. If you follow these guidelines you automatically lower your risk for contracting a potentially fatal virus. These guidelines are straightforward and doable.1. Cleanliness- wash your hands, clean and disinfect door knobs and surfaces, do not touch your face.2. Social distance – stay 6′ away from others. Going to public places such as grocery stores and drug stores usually have it marked. Wear a mask so you are not breathing droplets on others. Be respectful of others’ health. If you cough or sneeze do it into your elbow not your hand.3. If you do not feel well STAY HOME. Maybe you do or maybe you don’t have COVID 19. Take the precaution to stay home and call your doctor. Get tested. This is the most definite way to identify what is wrong. Quarantine yourself if you are sick or have been around someone with COVID. If these straightforward and simple tasks seem too overwhelming to handle you should seek help.
