Mental Health Monday: Positive Thinking

Written by Contemporary Care

June 1, 2020

This is a new week, a new month and a new opportunity to move forward in the most positive way with our lives. Each of us has our own personal take on COVID19 and the events flaring up all over the USA. There is much to be concerned about. But when there is much concern there are also great opportunities.  Too much screen time dwelling on the news can only exacerbate our anxieties, fears and sense of hopelessness. Be creative in thinking positively how you can be part of the solution. If you are only focused on what is wrong and cannot come out of that space you should seek professional mental help. Depression and anxiety are very prevalent now.
