Through group therapy, patients can accelerate their treatment goals alongside a network of individuals on the same path. Group therapy is a core component of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and thus, Ms. Ellen Casale coordinates our three weekly DBT groups. Our women’s group caters to trauma, anxiety and depression.

Furthermore, as a valuable tool for addiction recovery, we have a substance abuse group, as well.

Please note, all groups are located in Danbury, CT.

Substance Abuse Group
Dual Diagnosis Group

The dual diagnosis group is for those individuals who carry a substance abuse diagnosis and a psychiatric diagnosis. The group is open to individuals who are working toward sobriety or who have achieved it. The focus of the group will be to understand the connection between psychiatric issues and substance use and how they lead to abuse and relapse. It will be supportive and informational. The group is open to adults 21 and over.

If interested, please contact Abbe Ravens at 203-792-0400 x137 to set up a screening interview.
