Snacking, noshing, grazing, nibbling are all ways to add the unwanted pounds. So what are some tips to combat the food boredom? Create a weeks worth of meal plans. Have three interesting meals per day. Colorful, flavorful, protein packed, different from the previous week. Make a shopping list before going to the grocery store.
