Self sabotage is something we all do to ourselves. If you have developed a plan for helping yourself be more effective, healthier, happier, generally an all around improved and yet find it almost impossible to stick with it, there is good news. Being realistic is the first place to start. Stopping anything cold turkey is not the answer. Starting a new program have a doctors approval that matches your health. Do not be too competitive, overly zealous, ignore warming up and cool down if exercising. Keep life in balance. Balance is the key.
