Spa Day at Home to De-stress

It is good to remember the importance of self care. Give yourself a Spa Day! All you need are the ingredients in your home. Facial: take oatmeal mixed with warm water – enough to make a paste, 2 tablespoons of honey. Gently scrub with mixture. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Crack an egg and apply the white to the face avoiding eye and lips. Take the yellow and massage into your hair – wrap in a towel.While it is drying, lie down with a pillow under your legs for relaxation and put a slice of cucumber on each eye.  20 minutes later shower in a warm, not hot shower.
