Resolutions- think how often you have made one at New Years. Now think how long it lasted!!!! Resolutions usually do not work. If we really know we need to do something to be healthier, happier, more secure, etc. why do we fight it and self sabotage ourselves? Perhaps a resolution puts too much pressure on us for a goal we feel is unattainable. What if instead of a resolution we had a daily intention. Just for the day “I will/will not …” Can we just for the day stick to something we know will help us. Try it. You will be surprised by making that one simple adjustment how much easier it is to keep the intention.
